Echo Point Accommodation
Cancellation Policy
To ensure that your accommodation booking is held, a deposit by credit card/money order or cheque is required. The balance is payable as stated in the information package sent to you.
To cancel, all credit cards and direct debit card payments will incur a $25 cancellation bank fee:-
* three weeks notice for public holidays/school holidays
* two weeks notice for weekends or weekdays
Deposits paid via money order or cheque will be refunded in full if the above notice is given.
If less than the above time frame for cancellation given, $100 deposit will not be refunded to you.
* Note: No refund will be available to guests who fail to arrive or change their booking on or after arrival. Credit cards will be accessed for the amount covering the whole period of the booking.
A receipt will be forwarded to you outlining the above action. |
Echo Point Villas are NON SMOKING. We request you smoke outside.
An extra cleaning fee will apply to persons smoking within the cottage or if left in poor condition.
Guests are responsible for all breakage and damage and cleaning fees will apply if left in a poor state. You authorise us to add the cost of the repairs to your credit card account.
